Recreational Boy and Girls Information: 
Welcome to the Gold Cup recreational girls and boys program, where our goal is to teach progressive gymnastics through our newly developed beginning level through level 4 skill. The program starts with the beginning classes which introduce your gymnast to the most basic skills,  gymnastics terminology and safety. Once the gymnast has mastered the beginning level they move through the levels at their own pace developing and mastering skills on each event, which progress into more difficult skills at the upper levels. Girls’ events include vault, bars, beam and floor while boys’ events include rings, pommel horse, vault, high bar, parallel bars and floor. Each instructor maintains a skill chart per student in each of their classes. Parents are encouraged to ask instructors to see their gymnast’s skill sheet in order to check on their progress. Gold Cup has some of the most experienced, caring and dedicated instructors that are positive and motivating, making your child want to learn!
