Accelerated Girls:

Invitation Only Class

Our accelerated girls class is for our more advanced

girls. In our accelerated girls classes we work on more strength and flexibility while perfecting our basic skills.

Co-Ed Pre-School

Classes:

Following basic instruction and sequences while becoming comfortable with basic gymnastics skills that require height and rotation are the goals for our 3 & 4 year old classes.

The goal for our 4 & 5 year olds classes is developing basic technique and body control. We will begin to work on good form whole performing skills.

Kinder Boys Only Classes

Have your super boy run, jump, flip and fly through the gym while working on his coordination, strength and agility. The goal for our boys only classes is to begin using the larger boys equipment to develop the basic skills on all 6 of the boys events.

Open Gym Jr.:

Parent participation required

Every Monday from 10:30-11:30

in the east gym

for children 5 years old and under.

1 PARENT MUST ATTEND!

Members & Non-members:$8.00 and you will need to purchase punch pass through our online Punch Pass/ Gym Shop. After you purchase the punch pass you must then click the my account button and underneath the child's name it has a orange circle that says passes then you click on that button and check them in for the day you would like to attend.

You must sign up each week for open gym through your parent portal account on the my booking page and you must sign up 24 hours in advance. NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS.

No Free Trial is offered for Open Gym Jr.
